Board Member and Head of International Relations

Viorica Ranga contributes to defining BVH Group’s strategic direction and evaluating key opportunities for investment, development, and collaboration.

In her capacity as Head of International Relations, she represents the Group in dealings with investors, institutions, industrial partners, advisors, and industry professionals, helping to build and consolidate high-level relationships within key markets.

She works in close coordination with the Chairman and various divisions of BVH Group, supporting the development of international initiatives, the management of institutional relations, and the organization of strategic meetings with potential financial and industrial partners.

Her role encompasses:

- participating in the activities and decision-making processes of the Board of Directors; - supporting the definition of growth and internationalization strategies; - developing relationships with partners, investors, and institutional stakeholders; - representing BVH Group at national and international meetings, events, and working groups; - coordinating communications and relations with foreign stakeholders; - providing support during the presentation, negotiation, and development phases of transactions; - enhancing the Group’s international image, market positioning, and reputation; - identifying commercial, financial, and strategic opportunities in target markets.

Through a relationship-driven, discreet, and results-oriented approach, Viorica helps strengthen BVH Group’s international presence and transform valuable relationships into concrete opportunities for collaboration and development.
